You can’t train values. 2️⃣ 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 Do they want to improve? You can inspire them — but you can’t force ownership. 3️⃣ 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 Do they know how to do what’s expected? If they lack the skill, they need training — not just feedback. 💡Effective feedback starts by understanding what’s really missing — 👉 Is it their values? 👉 Is it their will? 👉 Or is it their skill?
