I'm not a hiking person, but I'm crazy about mountains. You might think that’s a strange combination, but there’s a very specific reason why. 👉🏻 I find hiking long trails to be arduous, tiring and boring. But I'm absolutely in awe of the majesty of mountains and how they can make me feel so small and insignificant. 👉🏻 I love the feeling I get when I'm standing in the middle of a mountain range, taking in the vastness of nature. It's like I'm standing at a crossroads, with the mountains in front of me and the rest of the world behind me. 👉🏻 It's like I'm on top of the world, and I feel a sense of freedom and adventure. It’s a feeling that I can’t get from any other activity. I can appreciate the beauty and serenity of a mountain peak from a distance, but I'm not willing to trek through the wilderness to get there. I guess you can say that I'm a fan of the view, but not the journey.
