Kesar Pista Shrikhand 400g dahi, 4 tbsp honey, ¼ tsp elaichi powder, kesar soaked in warm milk, crushed pista Method: 1. Hang dahi 4–5 hrs till thick. 2. Whisk with honey, elaichi & kesar milk till smooth. 3. Mix in pista. Chill before serving. 2. Sour Candy Popsicles 100g grapes (green or black), 1 tbsp honey, a pinch of black salt Method: 1. Blend grapes with honey & black salt (with skin). 2. Pour into popsicle moulds. 3. Freeze till set. Enjoy! 3. Instant Payesh / Kheer Cooked 2 spoon rice, chopped nuts, 1–2 tsp chia seeds, 100ml milk of choice, date syrup Method: 1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours. 3. Serve chilled. 4. Protein Peanut Cups Mix 50–60g Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp honey. 5. Protein Chocolate Mousse Little milk, 8–9 makhana, 4–5 cashews (soaked), 70–80g Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, jaggery, honey, vanilla essence Method: 1. Soak makhana & cashews in milk. 2. Blend with yogurt, cocoa, jaggery, honey & vanilla till smooth. 3. Chill 2–3 hours. Garnish with honey & serve. Pour into a bowl, top with melted dark chocolate, and sprinkle some nuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour — and your creamy, healthy dessert is ready! 6. Instant Mango Sticky Rice Dumplings ¼ cup cooked rice, 2 tbsp jaggery powder, ¼ cup coconut milk, rice paper sheets, sliced mango Method: 1. Mix rice, jaggery & coconut milk well. 2. Soak rice paper till soft. 3. Add mango + rice mixture, wrap tightly. 4. Serve fresh. 7. Watermelon Lemon Honey Sorbet 4 thick watermelon slices, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey Method: 1. Freeze watermelon (3–4 hrs or overnight). 2. Grate, mix with lemon juice & honey. 3. Serve immediately.
