
Calcium-Rich Chocolate Shake for Kids 🥤 Ingredients: • 2 almonds • 6–7 makhana (fox nuts) • 1 big date (seed removed) • 1/2 cup warm milk (for soaking) • ½ cup milk (for blending, adjust consistency) • 1 tsp cocoa powder • Optional: grated chocolate and almond for topping Instructions: 1. In warm milk, soak the almonds, makhana, unsweetened cocoa powder and date for about 10minutes (this softens everything and makes blending easier). 2. Transfer the soaked ingredients along with the milk into a blender. 3. Add extra milk. 4. Blend until smooth and creamy. 5. Pour into a glass and top with a little grated chocolate (optional).
