
Part 2-Health salads -Mama eat first ! 🥗 Gourmet Egg Salad Bowl Ingredients: * 2 whole boiled eggs + 2 egg whites (approx. 20–22g protein) * Jalapeño (chopped) — or capsicum if unavailable * Cucumber (chopped) * Onion (chopped) Sauce: * Greek yogurt – 3 tbsp (approx. 5–6g protein) * Mayo * Mustard sauce * A little honey * Salt & pepper * Chopped coriander * Juice of ½ lemon Method: 1. Finely chop the boiled eggs and egg whites and add them to a bowl. 2. Add chopped jalapeño/capsicum, cucumber, and onion. 3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayo, mustard sauce, honey, salt, pepper, coriander, and lemon juice to prepare the dressing. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything really well. 5.
