
🥗 Part4- Health salads -Mama eat first ! 🥗 Bright Zesty Chicken Veggie Bowl Ingredients: * Chicken breast * Garlic cloves * Salt & pepper * Chilli powder or chilli flakes * Mustard sauce * A little honey * Olive oil * Lettuce * Bell peppers * Tomatoes * Fresh coriander ⸻ Method: 1. In hot water, add chicken breast, salt, and a few garlic cloves. Let it boil until the chicken becomes soft and easy to shred. 2. Shred the chicken well and keep aside. 3. In a pan, add a little olive oil along with chilli powder/chilli flakes, salt, pepper, mustard sauce, and honey. Mix well. 4. Add the shredded chicken and toss everything together until nicely coated. 5. In a bowl, add lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, and coriander. 6. Top it with the warm zesty chicken and mix everything really well. 7.
