
Part 1 - After school snack series Mini Roti 🌮 Tacos Ingredients: * 4 leftover rotis * 1 cup boiled rajma * ½ cup sweet corn * 1 small onion (finely chopped) * 1 small tomato (finely chopped) * ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) * ¼ tsp black pepper * 1.5 tbsp ketchup * ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese * 2–3 tbsp sliced olives Method: Cut rotis into small discs, press into appe pan. Mix rajma, corn, onion, tomato, salt, pepper & ketchup.
