Sauté tofu lightly with chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, and black salt until well coated. 2. In a bowl, mix grated cucumber with curd to make a cooling yogurt sauce. 3. Add a portion of cooked rice to the bowl and top it with the cucumber-curd mixture. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, extra cucumber, onion if preferred, and the sautéed tofu. 5.
