Few summer recipes , I am making on repeat Easy , nutritious and hydrating ✨ Instant Fruit Custard ✨ 🥣 25–30g curd + ½ tbsp chia seeds + ½ tbsp basil seeds + 1 tbsp jaggery powder. Add chopped fruits, 40g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp cream & 1–2 drops vanilla essence. Mix well & enjoy chilled 💛 ✨ Cool Protein Sandwich ✨ 🥣 3 tbsp hung curd + 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese + 2 tbsp grated cucumber + salt, pepper & Italian seasoning to taste. Spread between 2 buttered bread slices. Serve chilled or grill lightly 🥪✨ ✨ Refreshing Protein Dip ✨ 🥣 ½ chopped beetroot + a few cashews + 2–3 garlic cloves + 50g paneer + 2 tbsp curd + 1 tsp olive oil + salt to taste. Blend everything really well till smooth & thick like a creamy dip ✨ Serve with roti chips, vegetable sticks or alongside salads 💕 ✨ Cooling Lauki Curry ✨ 🥣 In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic & 1 chopped onion. Sauté well. Add ½ grated bottle gourd + coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt to taste. Cook till soft ✨ Turn off the flame & add ½ cup curd blended with a little water for a slightly thick consistency. Mix well. Serve with rice, roti or parathas 💛 ✨ Instant Dhokla ✨ 🥣 1 cup idli batter + finely chopped green chilli + 1 tsp grated ginger + salt to taste. Pour into a greased steamer plate, sprinkle chilli powder & pepper powder, and steam till cooked. Cut into diamond shapes ✨ 🥄 Tadka: 1 tbsp oil + ½ tsp mustard seeds + ½ tsp sesame seeds.
