
Part 4– After School Snack Series Wannabe Sushi Cups 🍱✨ Ingredients: * 1 cup leftover overcooked rice (slightly mushy) * ½ cup grated tofu or paneer 1/2 cup cream cheese * 1–2 tsp soy sauce * Salt (to taste) * Black pepper (to taste) * Red chilli flakes (optional) * A squeeze of lime juice Sesame seeds and cucumber for garnish Method: Take the leftover rice and press it into greased appe pan cavities to form small cup shapes. In a bowl, mix grated tofu or paneer with soy sauce, salt, pepper, chilli (if using) and a squeeze of lime. Roll this mixture into small balls and place them inside the rice cups.
