8 healthy pancakes 🥞 save and share 💛🥞 🥞 8 Healthy Pancakes (No maida, no refined sugar) 🥞 Paneer Pancake Ingredients: 1/4 cup paneer, 1/2 cup wheat flour/oats, 1–2 tbsp jaggery, 1/2 cup milk, cinnamon, ghee Method: Blend to smooth batter. Cook small pancakes on low flame till golden. 🥞 Carrot Date Pancake Ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour, 1 carrot, 5 dates, 1 cup milk Method: Blend smooth. Cook both sides till golden. 🍍 Pineapple Upside-Down Ingredients: Pineapple slices, 1/2 cup oats powder, 1/2 cup milk, jaggery/date powder, vanilla Method: Place pineapple on pan, pour batter over. Cook, flip gently. 🍫 Ragi Cocoa Pancake Ingredients: 1/2 cup ragi, 1/2 cup wheat flour, cocoa, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup milk Method: Mix smooth. Cook till done. 🍓 Strawberry Beet Pancake Ingredients: 1 cup oats powder, 1/4 cup strawberry, 2 tbsp beetroot, jaggery, 3/4 cup milk Method: Mix batter. Cook small pancakes. 🥞 Button Pancakes Ingredients: 1 banana, 2 tbsp nut powder, 1 cup oats Method: Blend thick.
