Green protein bowl Ingredients: * Tofu – 150–180g * Boiled chickpeas – ¾ cup (approx. 120–130g) * Chopped onion * Lettuce & cucumber (chopped) * Salt, chili powder, turmeric Sauce: * Sautéed tofu (from above) * Mint & chilli and coriander leaves * Curd – 2 tbsp (approx. 30g) Method: 1. Sauté tofu with salt. Keep aside. 2. In the same pan, sauté chickpeas + onion with salt, chili powder, and turmeric. 3. Blend sautéed tofu with curd, mint, and coriander to make a creamy dip. 4. In a bowl, layer lettuce and cucumber, add chickpeas and top with the sauce.
