
Part 3 – After School Snack Series Mini Pancake Cups 🥞✨ Ingredients: * 1 cup powdered oats * ½ cup milk (adjust for consistency) * 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder * 1–2 tbsp grated jaggery * Hazelnut spread / peanut butter for topping * Banana, blueberries, strawberries (for topping) Method: Mix powdered oats, cocoa powder, jaggery & milk to form a smooth batter. Pour into greased appe pan cavities and cook till soft and set. Once done, take them out and top with hazelnut spread or peanut butter and add fruits like banana, blueberries & strawberries.
