A day that turned into a core memory 📍 Keoladeo National Park 💸 Helpful info: Travel time from Gurgaon 3.5hrs • ₹150 entry per person(kids free) • We paid ₹1600 for a 2-hour e-rickshaw ride (guide + driver + telescope + binoculars)- it’s a fixed rate but not compulsory to take • You can rent a cycle 🚲 and explore too • Also have a 3-hour slot if you want to explore more ⏳ • Time : ⏲️ 6am-6pm • Took Neil (6.5 yrs) along — watching him experience nature up close made this day extra special 🥹 • Started the day spotting an owl 🦉 (my husband’s absolute favourite!) — felt like the perfect sign ✨ 🕊️ Bird sightings that made it magical: • Purple Heron – quietly hiding in reeds 🌾 • Grey Heron – standing still like a statue • Little Cormorant – diving pro 💦 • Indian Spot-billed Duck – cutest beak 🐥 • Indian Darter – swims like a snake 🐍 • Eurasian Coot – always on the move • Bar-headed Goose – flew over the Himalayas ⛰️ • Indian Roller – that blue in flight 😍 • Sarus Crane – tallest flying bird ❤️ • Rose-ringed Parakeet – chirpy green parrots 🌿 • White-throated Kingfisher – bright blue & chestnut beauty 💙 • Blue Jay – (rare mention, but noting it here!)
