Heat a pan and add ghee. 2. Add jaggery powder and let it melt on low flame. 3. Stir in cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Mix well. 4. Once everything melts and becomes smooth (1–2 minutes), switch off the flame. 5. Quickly add the ragi puffs and mix until well coated. 6. Spread the mixture on a tray in a single layer. 7. Let it cool and dry completely. Storage: • Store in an airtight container for up to 15 days.
