যে এপার্টমেন্ট-এ আমরা থাকি সেখানে এক মাছওয়ালা আসেন। আমার সঙ্গে দেখা হয় রবিবারে যদিও। অন্যদিনগুলোতে আমি অফিস বেরোনোর পর আসেন, কাজেই দেখা হয় না। অসম্ভব ভালো মাছ আনেন, এমনকি বললে মৃগেল, কালবোসও এনে দেন। গুগলিও এনে দিয়েছিলেন একবার। এছাড়া ইলিশ, ভেটকি, পাবদা, পার্সে, গুলে, ভোলা, বাটা, রুই, কাতলা, পুঁটি, ট্যাংরা এইগুলো তো আছেই। মোটের ওপর আজকাল বাজার গিয়ে ইচ্ছা না হলে মাছ কিনি না। যথেষ্ট ভালো চিংড়ি, কাঁকড়াও আনেন।কয়েকদিন আগে ডিমভরা ট্যাংরা দিয়ে গিয়েছিলেন। আমার বাড়িতে আমি ছাড়া কেউ খুব একটা ট্যাংরা খায় না, তাই তিনটে 😊। আমি সুযোগ পেলে সর্ষেবাটার ঝাল ছাড়ি না। ভাত খাই কম, সপ্তাহে একদিন। কাজেই ট্যাংরাগুলোর গতি করতেই হত। করেছি। ডিমভরা ট্যাংরার ঝাল। #debjanirrannaghar #tangramach #macherjhal #fishcurry #kolkata
