This relish is consumed in different parts of India and quite popular in eastern parts. This is a zero cooking dish. Now let's prepare KAINTHA CHATANI(WOOD APPLE CHUTNEY): ●The hard rind need to be cracked open. ●Scoop out the pulp within with the help of sppon. ● Mash it into a smooth paste. (Soft seeds need not be removed. These seeds give a different texture to the chutney) ●Add all ingredients like salt/black salt to taste, little jaggery/sugar as per ur taste bud, 1 green chilli, 3-4 mashed garlic (optional), few chopped fresh coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of roasted cumin & dry red chilli powder, with 3-4 tablespoon of water(more if required) and mix well with the paste. Serve it with rice/ water rice. The aroma coming out from chutney can't be described😋🤭. #kainthachatani #woodapplechutney #chutneyrecipe #chutney #localdish #localrecipe #localdishesofindia #foodofindia #jaikaindiaka #deshkakhana #bhukadinsantales #odishatourism #odishatourismofficial #odiacuisine #foodblogging #homechefodia #odiachef #foodconsultant For such yummy updates and feeds Follow and tag @bhukadinsan !!
