On the 2nd day I planned an odia lunch for my Thai friend @fx.rukys but he insisted on having pakhala & fish. So along with the dishes for lunch with hot rice I prepared a fresh lime pakhala. Pakhala is an experience in itself and teaching him how to eat pakhala like a pro was fun. Knowing me as a friend who has gone to MasterChef he wanted to eat something cooked by me.
