I ❤️ Fajita🔥 A one pot chicken fajita pasta with a whole veggie twist is the only way to gather all the Italian flavours goodness in a bowl😋 A very simple, unique and easy chicken pasta recipe is the one pot fajita pasta. All you need: 🍗Pasta(any shape) 🍗Chicken(boneless) 🍗Veggies(bell peppers, carrot, Corn, broccoli, zucchini) 🍗Milk 🍗Fajita seasoning(salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, paprika, Red chilli powder) 🍗Salt and pepper 🍗Oregano 🍗Red chilli flakes 🍗Cheese(mozzarella or parmesan) In a cooking bowl, put 2tbsp olive oil. Let heat then add boneless chicken chunks. Add some salt and pepper, garlic powder, 1 TSP cumin powder, 1 TSP Red chilli powder. Stir fry till the chicken chunks are soft and we'll done. Take them in a bowl. Now, in the same cooking bowl, add a tbsp olive oil. First goes in the chopped garlic. Let crakle, then goes in the cubed bell peppers, 1 large sliced onion, remaining Veggies(Corn, carrot, broccoli). Add the fajita seasoning. Now, add the chicken pieces back. Mix well and cook for 5min on low flame. Now add some milk to it. Let come to boil and then add raw pasta. Now season it with some Italian mixed herbs. Add some parmesan and mozzarella. And cook till the pasta is done Top it up with some mozzarella and parmesan. And season it with some Mixed herbs.
