Tomato corn soup🍅🔥 Well well well...! It is always wise choice to keep changing flavors in your diet menu. What say! So I'm back again with another yummy Lucious & tangy tomato corn soup😋 Isn't the bright red tempting you!! Do try this recipe too and make your diet period flavorsome.👌 let's then quickly jump into the ingredients and cooking process All you need 🍅tomatoes 🍅onion 🍅corn 🍅garlic 🍅ginger 🍅oregano 🍅red chilli flakes 🍅pepper 🍅pink himalayan salt 🍅red chilli powder Dice about 4 medium sized tomatoes and make puree out of it. Add about a tbsp of oil to your wok. Let heat, add 3 to 4 roughly chopped garlic cloves, finely chopped small piece of ginger and let them become brown and fragrant then add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion and saute till the onions turn soft and pink, then goes in your sweet corn. Now, add in your prepared tomator puree. Let the puree cook for 5 min on low flame. Then add a big glass of water and allow it for a good boil on high flame. It's time to season your soup with some pink himalayan salt(avoid salt if you are on a strict diet), a tsp red chilli powder, some pepper, some oregano or some Italian dried herbs for extra added flavour and some red chilli flakes. Close the lid and let cook your soup for about good 10 min oj low heat. There you can see your soup getting thicker and got its perfect consistency.
