Lemon pepper boiled chicken🤤 You on a strict diet ! But you also a chicken lover ! Oh no! The chicken gravy contains lots of oil which is not healthy too. Wait a minute...I am here for a reason🤗 I present you, lemon pepper boiled juicy chicken which is absolute diet based chicken recipe for good health, weight loss and weight gain accordingly. Tasty, healthy and easy to prepare chicken recipe. Lemme show you how All you need are just hand full of ingredients 🥬half a kg chicken(bone/ boneless) 🥬salt 🥬pepper 🥬turmeric 🥬ginger garlic paste 🥬green chillies 🥬coriander leaves 🥬lemon juice Wash your chicken properly then give some nice slashes to the peices with knife. For marination, In a bowl, put your chicken add salt to taste, pepper, lil turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves(you can add lots coz corriander acts as an weight loss agent), Add about 2 to 3 Slit green chilles( watch out the amount of spiciness required) then goes in juice of 1 full lemon which is the master ingredient in giving the perfect sour taste to your lemon pepper chicken. Mix everything really well. And let marinate till 30min to 60min. Now, add about 2 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker and let heat. Then add your marinated chicken and stir it for a while, when the chicken is cooking it releases some aroma which will make you drool for sure🤤. Now, add lil amount of water and pressure cook for about 3 to 4 whistles. Your chicken is now boiled perfectly. If you like it with the watery consistency you are good to go if not you can cook till the chicken is dry and juicy. Before serving, you can garnish with some more chopped corriander leaves.
