Kyu na aaj garama garam vadapav hojaay😋😀 Don't wait for this lockdown to get done. Also don't stop your craving. When u can actually make em at your home🤗 Absolute Street food style taste😋 Recipe: All you need: 🌶️Pav 🌶️Potatoes 🌶️garlic 🌶️Ginger 🌶️Green chillies 🌶️Hing 🌶️Curry leaves 🌶️Red chilli powder 🌶️Turmeric 🌶️besan 🌶️Mustard seeds 🌶️ For vada : In a sauce pan, add some oil let heat, add some mustard seeds and let crackle. Add some garlic, ginger and green chilli paste. Cook well till the garlic turns golden and switch off the flame. Now add turmeric powder, salt to taste and chopped corriander leaves. Now add mashed boiled potatoe. Mix everything really well. Let cool the potatoe mixture and shape them into vadas. Besan mixture: In a bowl, add 1 cup besan, salt to taste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and some oil. Mix everything. Now add water gradually and whisk continuously. Till u get the perfect consistency. Deep fry: Now, dip the aalo balls into besan mixture and deep fry them till golden and crispy. Vadapav chutney: In a mixer jar, add some garlic cloves, remaining besan mixture fried particles, red chilli powder and some salt to taste. Add lil water and grind. Vadapav assembling: Slice your pav, apply the vadapav chutney, place your vada. And toast your vada pav in some ghee. Woww.....there you go!! Garama garam Vadapav is all ready to relish in this boring lockdown.
