
Egg biryani & mirchi ka salan🔥 For all the eggetarians 🥚 who wants to relish their weekends with egg biryani, try this wonderful recipe and make your bellies happy😊 So let's get started Ingredients 🥚eggs 🥚basmati rice 🥚ghee 🥚3 large onions 🥚3 small tomatoes 🥚6 green chillies 🥚ginger garlic paste 🥚whole spices 🥚curd 🥚salt 🥚3 tbsp red chili powdered 🥚1 tbsp corriander powder 🥚1 tsp turmeric powder 🥚2 tbsp garam masala 🥚1 tbsp biryani masala 🥚half bunch corriander leaves 🥚half bunch mint leaves Let's cook Let's start with bolling the eggs. Meanwhile, prepare fried onions and put them aside. Now, after the eggs got perfectly boiled, break the shell and give them slits on 4 sides. In the same frying pan where you fried your onions add some 1tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and some salt to taste. Add the eggs and fry them and keep them aside. Now, let's cook the biryani masala, in a vessel add 3 tsp ghee, 3tbsp oil and let heat. Now add the whole spices and sliced onions. Let the onions turn brown then add slit green chillies. Now add 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and cook. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy. Later, in a bowl, add one cup curd, 3tbsp red chili powder, 1tbsp coriander powder, 1tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp garam masala powder, salt to taste, 1tbsp biryani masala. Whisk the curd mixture really well so that its lump free. Now, add the curd mixture to the masala. Cook for 5 min. And then add lil bit of water to not make the gravy thick and cook till the oil separates. Now, add the soaked basmati rice to the masala and mix carefully so the rice donot break. For 2cups of rice, add 1 1/2 cup water and let cook. Add the eggs on top of the rice, some mint and corriander leaves and top it with fried onions and glide some ghee.
