
Uffff🔥🤤 Who all are up for chat pata buttery pav bhaji ! The taste was never like before and I would love to share my recipe with you all. All you need: 🫓Potatoes 🫓Carrot 🫓Capsicum 🫓Beetroot 🫓Green peas 🫓Green chillies 🫓Onion 🫓Tomatoes 🫓Cumin seeds 🫓Ginger garlic paste 🫓Schezwan chutney or garlic chutney 🫓Red chilli powder 🫓Pav bhaji masala 🫓Butter 🫓Lemon 🫓Coriander leaves First boil your Veggies. For that, in a pressure cooker, add a tbsp oil, let heat then add 1tsp cumin seeds. Let crackle, add peeled and diced 2 large potatoes, 1 medium sized diced Beetroot, 2 diced Carrots. Give it a mix, put 4 to 5 green chillies(you can add as per the amount of spice you prefer). and 3 medium sized roughly chopped tomatoes(you can add as per the tanginess you prefer). Add salt to taste. Now close the lid and cook for about 2 to 3 whistles on high flame and leave it to cook for more 2 min on low flame and then switch of the flame. Now, in a kadai, add generous account of Butter. Let melt, add 2 medium sized chopped onions. Cook till pinkish. Now add chopped Capsicum. Cook for about 2min. Then add a tbsp Ginger garlic paste. Cook till the rawness is gone. Add a tbsp Red chilli powder, 2tbsp pav bhaji masala and mix really well. Now add the secret ingredient, a tbsp or more Schezwan chutney or garlic chutney. Mix well. Now add lil water and let the Capsicum cook for a while. Now, check on the boiled Veggies. Mash to thick bhaji or puree consistency. Add that to your masala. Keep mashing. Now check for the salt and adjust accordingly. Add your frozen green peas at this stage. You can add some water and adjust the consistency. Keep cooking on low to medium flame. Now add about a half lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and a tbsp butter for added buttery flavour. Keep cooking. You can now see your bhaji is all Red and vibrant and smelling amazingly mouthwatering 🤤 Now it's time for pav, on a pan, glide some butter, add some chopped coriander, some bhaji. Now place your pav and toast till it absorbs the butter and bhaji flavour. Plate it with some chopped onion and butter cube on top. Sqeeze some lemon and relish🤗 #pavbhajitime #pavbhajiislove
