
Why regular chicken pasta!!😕 Kyu na butter chicken pasta!!😋 Pasta is not definitely confined to its authentic sauces but we can add out country twist to it🤗 That is why pasta is sab ka favourite❤️ I present you this bomb af butter chicken pasta 😋 you'll need: 🍗Pasta(any shape) 🍗 Boneless chicken 🍗Curd 🍗Red chilli powder 🍗Chat masala 🍗 Coriander powder 🍗Cumin powder 🍗Kasuri methi 🍗Garam masala 🍗 Ginger garlic paste 🍗 Tomatoes 🍗Green chillies 🍗Onions 🍗 Cashews 🍗Whole spices(green Cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, cumin seeds, cloves) 🍗Ginger and garlic 🍗Dried red chillies 🍗Cream 🍗Milk 🍗Butter First, let's prepare chicken tandoori. For that Marinate the chicken. Add 2tbsp oil in a boil, add red chilli powder and whish, add coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala, Kasuri methi and salt. Whisk well in the oil. Add ginger garlic paste and thick curd. Whisk the mix really well and add your boneless chicken. And marinate it for max 30min. Later, on a pan, glide some ghee and cook your marinated chicken. Fry till brown and completely cooked. Let's get to our makhani sauce, for that in a sauce pan, add 4 tbsp oil and let heat, add whole spices, 3 medium roughly chopped onion, kashmiri dried red chillies(5), add ginger and garlic cloves, 4 large roughly chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, 1tsp sugar, garam masala, Kasuri methi, cashew, salt to taste and 2 cubes butter. Give it a good, close the lid and let cook on low flame till the onions and tomatoes become soft. Now, let cool and grind it to smooth paste. Now, in the same sauce pan, on medium flame, add 4 cubes of butter, let melt and add chopped garlic and ginger Julienne. Add 2 slit green chillies and 1 tsp red chilli powder. Splash lik water so the red chilli powder doesn't burn. Now starin the sauce and stir well. Add water to adjust the consistency. Then add some milk and cream to it. Add a pinch of garam masala and Kasuri methi. Mix well. Now add your boiled pasta to the sauce and add your chicken strips and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and let cook for 5min so that the pasta absorbs all the rich flavours of the gravy. Top it up with some cheese n enjoy🤗
