
Hola foodies🤗 I'm much more excited today to share my experience and the recipe of an experiment went mindblowing. Chopsuey 😋😀 Lemme tell you. It's the basic beginner version chopsuey I've tried and turned out to be amazing. You just need basic ingredients to make this gorgeous Chinese chopsuey at your home itself guysss. Now what's stopping you... just put the phone aside or stop "swiggiying" trust me and make one Chinese Chopsuey yourself. Explore the chef in you and it's time for some Chinese flavours fo fill up your bowl😋🤤 All you need: 🍝noodles 🍝garlic 🍝capsicum 🍝cabbage 🍝carrot 🍝onion 🍝salt and pepper 🍝schezwan sauce or chutney 🍝soya sauce 🍝cornflouer 🍝eggs Start boiling your regular hakka noodles as per the instructions and just drain them, flow some cold water and rinse, pour some oil to seperate or frizz free the noodles. Pan frying the noodles: Now start taking some portion of noodles and put it on the hot wok and glide some oil. The noodles will start getting crisp and brown at the bottom and just flip it the other side till crisp and brown. Now take and place the fried noodles carefully on to the kitchen towel. Making the saue: In the same wok add some oil, let heat then add sliced garlic cloves let crackle and fragrant. Now add 1 big sliced onion, 1 bug capsicum sliced, cabbage shredded and carrot shredded. Fry them all in and give quick tosses and stirs for 3 to 5 min. Now add a full cup water and let them cook in. Add 2 tbsp schezwan sauce or chutney, 2 tsp soya sauce, salt and pepper as per taste. Now mix everything together well and let boil. Now it's time to add the slurry(cornflouer mixed in water). Mix well and cook till you see the bubbles busting, sizzling and saucy, silky texture. Pan fried egg: Take a pan glide some oil and crack an egg. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Scribble the yolk and flip other side, fry more 2 min. Now serve in a bowl by first placing the pan fried noodles then pour some sauce and place the pan fried egg on top. There you go!Your chinese chopsuey is all sizzling hot and ready to enjoy. You can also add some chicken or shrimp or any other favorite toppings. Why late! go make some now🤗
