Veggie oats soup 😋 Howdy!! I'm back with another yummy tasty most importantly healthy diet based veggie loaded oats soup😋 The oats in the soup makes the consistency thick and creamy. The loaded veggies are the whole source of proteins and good health and what not. So why not something healthy tonight let's quickly jump into the recipe All you need 🥕whole veggies(carrot, capsicum, beans, green peas, corn) 🥕onion 🥕garlic 🥕ginger 🥕rolled oats 🥕pink himalayan salt 🥕pepper 🥕oregano 🥕red chilli flakes 🥕lemon Heat a tbsp oil in a wok, add finely chopped 3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped piece of garlic and let crackle and turn aromatic then add finely chopped medium sized onion, add a cup of soaked(for 5 to 10min in water) rolled oats and stir cook for 2min and make sure it wont stick to the wok. Add whole chopped veggies and cook for some time. Then add a big glass of water and bring it to a boil. Now it's time to season your soup with some pink himalayan salt(avoid salt if you are on a strict diet), some pepper, some oregano and other Italian dried herbs for extra added flavor. Let your soup boil for about 5 to 8min. Then turn off the flame. Serve your soup hot in a bowl, squeeze half a lemon and sprinkle some red chilli flakes for better and yummy taste.
