Weather always demands pakoda. But you'll need some Maggie. Yes! U guess right. I present you veggie maggie pakoda. It has all the veggie goodness and tasty maggie masala in it. Make some this evening and kill your hungry snack time with some maggie pakodas. All you need 🍝maggie 🍝whole veggies(carrot, beans, corn, potatoe, capsicum) 🍝onion 🍝pepper 🍝red chili powder 🍝coriander powder 🍝chat masala 🍝garam masala 🍝besan Let's begin, first heat your wok and glide some oil. Let hot and first goes in our chopped potatoe, chillies and onion. Saute them. Then add a tsp pepper. And let cook. Then add other chopped whole veggies and sprinkle some pepper powder to coat all the remaining veggies. Mix everything well. Then let cook for 10min. Now it's time to add the maggie masala. Mix well then add full cup water. Let it come to a boil then add the maggie noodles to it. And let cook till dried. Then set aside and let it come to room temperature so that we can carry on with our next step in the process Now for the pakoda, add half cup besan to the maggie, 1tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2tbsp garam masala, 1tbsp coriander powder. 1/2tsp chat masala, little salt. Also add some maggie masala for extra added flavour. Mix everything really well combined. Now for deep frying, add some oil in a wok and let heat. Now drop the Maggie besan mix one after the other(you dont have to make them into balls. You can just pic some and drop them). Let cook and deep fry till crisp and golden. Now transfer on to a kitchen towel to drain excess oil. Enjoy your hot veggie maggie masaledar pakodas hot this evening with some tomatoe ketchup. I'll come with another interesting recipe soon.
