Kothu paratha😋 Nostalgic mom's recipe 😍 She learnt kothu paratha when we were in kerala. And she carried that habit when we got back to Hyderabad. I was in 7th standard, got up early for school, mom made some kothu paratha which is her usual (because its easy) and packed for lunch. And the first thing me n my frnds talk about " lunch ki em thechhav" . There rings the lunch bell. My lunch box used to get finished in 4 pull outs like they show in "Ashirwad" advertisement😂 Kuch yaad aaya! @nagalakshmi_130949 @shalini_chintala @bhuvana__itsme bhavani🤗 And that happens every time I get kothu paratha to school. Now let's see how to prepare this yummy chat pata flavorful kothu paratha Its really simple and easy to prepare kothu paratha All you need 🍘left over chapatis 🍘onion 🍘tomatoe 🍘green chilles 🍘cumin 🍘garam masala 🍘salt 🍘coriander powder 🍘turmeric 🍘tomatoe ketchup Start making your left over chapati into pieces(you can also use left over paratha made with maida) and set aside. In a kadai, put some oil and let heat. Add some cumin and let crackle, then add 1 large onion chopped, 1 tomatoe chopped and 3 to 4 slit green chilies. Let cook till your tomatoes and onions become soft and juicy. Then add some salt to taste, garam masala, coriander powder, lil turmeric(optional) and some red chili powder if you like it more spicier. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Now add your stripped chapaties and coat the chapati pieces well in the masala. Add some tomatoe ketchup and mix well. There you go, enjoy your chat pata yummy kothu paratha.
