I present you home made Schezwan sauce🌶️🥣 My favourite flavours of all time, Schezwan sauce🤤😋 It was actually very simple and easy to cook this sauce compared to many other sauces. You just need few ingredients to prepare this vibrant hot Schezwan sauce. 🌶️Chillies(50gm red chillies, 50gm byadgi mirch, 10gm kashmiri red chillies) 🌶️Garlic 🌶️Ginger 🌶️Soya sauce 🌶️vinegar 🌶️Sugar 🌶️Tomatoe ketchup 🌶️salt First things first, soak your Chillies in water for about 20min(you can adjust the spice by removing seeds from some of the chillies) and then boil the chillies in the same water till your Chillies become soft and tender. Let cool and then grind smooth. Save the flavourful water for further use(you can actually grind to your desired consistency). Now in a wok, add 7 to 8 spoons of oil. Yes guys, it takes lot of oil coz you'll preserve this sauce same like pickles. Then add half cup finely chopped garlic and half cup finely chopped ginger let cook on medium flame until it becomes golden. Add the chilli paste and give few stirs. Now add the preserved flavourful water to adjust the consistency. And let get boil. Now close the lid and cook on low flame for 5 to 10min. You can see the oil seperated from the paste and that is the sign of doneness for your sauce. Now it's time to add the seasonings. So first goes in salt to taste, 2tbsp Soya sauce, 3tbsp vinegar for tangyness, 1tbsp sugar to balance all the flavours, 3tbsp Tomatoe ketchup. Since this is a Chinese sauce, you can add some Chinese salt to it for added flavour. Mix everything well and cook for 2 to 3 min and you are done. Tadaa.....there you go with the vibrant red home made Schezwan sauce. Transfer the sauce into an air tight glass jar. And preserve in refrigerator for long run👍 So I made some egg noodles and added this prepared Schezwan sauce to it. Trust me....there is a magic in it. And I absolutely love the flavour of my Schezwan sauce.😚 You prepare this and thank me later. Avoid buying market product which have added preservatives absolutely unhealthy. Happy cooking 🤗 . . . #schezwan #chineseflavours #chinesesauce #saucemaking #homemadesaucerecipe #chinesefood #favouriteflavours😍
