Egg chop🔥 Fun recipe for evening snack cravings. Been planning from days to make these egg chops, today turned out to be perfect. The combination of potato and egg is really crazy😋 the crispy and crunchy potato outside, soft and tasty egg inside made this snack the best. All you need to prepare egg chops are 🥚eggs 🥚potatoes 🥚cheetos 🥚1 medium onion 🥚fresh coriander leaves 🥚salt 🥚chilli flakes 🥚cumin powder 🥚garam masala 🥚paprika 🥚pepper powder 🥚ginger garlic paste 🥚all purpose flour 🥚cornflouer Time to cook.. Start with pressure cooking 2 large potatoes one high flame for 3 whistles, simultaneously boil 4 eggs. After the potatoes are done, let cool completely and peel of the skin then mash them. Add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion, 1tbsp chilli flakes, salt to taste, 1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp garam masala, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, chopped corriander leaves and finally glide little oil. Fold them in and combine well. Break the egg shells. Now, apply some oil on to your palm and make patties with the aalo mixture, place the egg and cover it. Repeat the same with other 3 eggs and freeze them for 15min. Now, prepare the coating mixture. In a bowl, add 2tbsp all purpose flour, 1tbsp cornflouer, salt and pepper. Add some water and mix till liquid consistency. Also, prepare cheetos crumbs. Now, take the egg balls out, dip them in the cornflour mixture then roll them in the cheetos crumbs and drop them in the pan. You can either deep fry or shallow fry them. Fry until cooked and crispy.
