
Special chicken biryani🔥🤤 Whether is very much demanding such an succulent chicken kabab biryani which is a boneless chicken biryani🍗 drooling!! The taste is next level though. You should definitely try this biryani. So let's quickly jump into the recipe All you need 🍗boneless chicken 🍗basmati 🍗spices(bay leaves, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom) 🍗ginger garlic paste 🍗red chilli powder 🍗turmeric powder 🍗garam masala 🍗salt 🍗chilli sauce 🍗egg 🍗cornflour 🍗mint and corriander leaves 🍗onions 🍗green chilli 🍗tomatoes 🍗curd For marination: Marinate your boneless chicken with a tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2tsp chilli powder, 1tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp garam masala, salt to taste, 1tbsp cornflouer, 1egg and a pinch of red food coloring. Mix everything thoroughly and let set aside until then we will check on our rice For biryani: In an vessel, put 3tbsp oil and 2tbsp ghee let heat then add the spices mentioned above and let crackle. Then add a tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook it later some slit green chillies and give some quick stirs so that it wont stick to the bottom of the vessel and get burnt up. Then add fistful corriander and mint leaves, mix well then add some curd and stir quick, add salt to taste. To that, add your soaked basmati. And mix it carefully so that your rice wont break. Then add some yellow food coloring so that your pulav looks colorful. Pour water according to to the rice quantity. And let cook your pulav. For kabab: Its time to fry your chicken. In a kadai add some oil for deep fry. After you are done with deep frying your chicken, set them aside. And in the same oil add some sliced onions and 2slit green chillies and let fry till semi golden brown. Then add in a tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook till the rawness is gone. Now add a tsp turmeric powder, a tspred chilli powder, half tsp garam masala, very lil salt. Cook the masala then add puree of 2 to 3 tomatoes and give quick stirs and let cook. Now add your fried chicken to the gravy and mix. Add some coriander and mint leaves to it and mix. Now its time to serve, plate it with pulav and top it with the chicken. Tadaaa!
