Chicken manchuriyan🤤 Time to add some flavours to your main course with an lip smacking appatizer chicken manchurian. The the best appetizer which adds to your dinner the true flavours🤤 Wanna try something luscious in the coming lockdown too.... dont stress your brains when I'm here. Follow my recipe and do give it a try. All you need 🌶chicken boneless 🌶cornflour 2tbsp 🌶all purpose flour 2tbsp 🌶pepper 1tsp 🌶salt 1tsp 🌶red chillies 🌶onion medium size 🌶capsicum medium size 🌶garlic cloves 🌶ginger garlic paste 1tsp 🌶tomatoe ketchup 🌶vinegar 🌶soya sauce Let's get started Start with preparing red chilli paste. In a bowl heat water and add red chillies. Let boil then grind to paste. Now, marinate the chicken. For that, add 2tbsp all purpose flour, 2tbsp cornflouer, 1stp pepper and 1tsp salt add some water and check the consistency (not too thick nor too thin). Now, you can either deep fry the chicken or shallow fry. Now, prepare the sauce. In a sauce pan, add some oil and let heat. Add roughly chopped garlic cloves, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum. Cook well on high flame. Then add 2tsp red chilli paste which you have prepared earlier, 4tsp tomato ketchup, 1tsp vinegar, 2tsp soya sauce, 1tsp salt, 1tsp sugar to balance the flavour. Stir everything well. Then add cornflouer slurry (water + cornflouer) let cook till the consistency is bit dried. Now add the fried chicken to the sauce. Mix and coat well the chicken pieces. Finally add some spring onions on top and serve your manchurian hot and tasty.
