The taste will sure melt your hearts like the butter in the bhaji🤤 All you need 🌶vegetables(aalo, carrot, beetroot, cauliflower, green peas, capsicum, onion, tomatoes, green chillies) 🌶butter 🌶ginger garlic paste 🌶cumin seeds 🌶salt 🌶Kashmiri red chili powder 🌶schazwan chutney 🌶pav bhaji masala 🌶food color(optional) 🌶kasuri methi 🌶corriander leaves 🌶pav Let's get started Set high flame, place a pressure cooker, add some oil and let heat then add some cumin seeds and let crackle now add the veggies( 2large potatoes peeled and chopped, 4large tomatoes sliced, 4 green chillies roughly chopped, 1small beetroot sliced, 1cup cauliflower chopped, 1 large carrot chopped) add some salt and give a good mix then add sufficient amount of water to get cooked. Cover the lid and cook on high flame for about 3 whistles and later in low flame for about 15min. Meanwhile, set a kadai, slide some butter and let melt. Add 2large onions finely chopped. Cook till the onions become soft then add 1large capsicum finely chopped and give it a toss. Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste and let cook. Later, add 1tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2tbsp pav bhaji masala and 1tbsp schezwan chutney. Give it a good mix and add some water now, time to crush some kasuri methi and clover with a lid to cook on low flame. Let's check on the veggies now, mash the veggies really well with the water in the cooker with a masher. Now, add the vegetable mixture to the masala in the kadai. Give it a good mix and adjust the consistency by adding water and also salt to taste. Keep on mashing for good texture. Add some color(optional). Then finally goes in the butter followed by juice of fresh lemon and chopped corriander leaves. Cook well and off the flame. On a tawa, glide some butter, put some bhaji masala and corriander leaves. Place the pave and toast it. Serve hot with some onion chunks, sprinkle some lemon juice and some butter. Enjoy your street style pav bhaji🔥
