Two days. 70 primary teachers. A 25-year-old school already doing amazing work that still said, “we want to do better.” I spent a full day observing classrooms before designing this module, because real training cannot be copy-pasted. Every session, every role-play, every scenario came from what was actually happening inside their school. Not a template. What we worked on at @aischoolindia wasn’t lesson planning. It wasn’t classroom management. It was the deeper thing under all of that. The relationship between a teacher and a child. Because here’s what I’ll keep saying. A child who feels seen learns differently. A child who feels safe asks better questions. A child whose wrong answers are met with “tell me how you got there,” instead of a sigh, instead of “no,” grows up believing they are a thinker. This is not soft work. This is the work that makes all other work possible. And it doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because schools make the choice to invest in it. Parents, I want to ask you something. What do you wish your child’s teachers were trained in? What should schools be doing more of? 🤍
