Yes I am the parent coach, but it’s my husband who taught my daughter what it means to be more reflective, less reactive and it’s been such a big tool! The days are calmer , the power struggles are shorter and as a result - our home is more peaceful :) When we teach something to our daughter, we first apply it on ourselves - goes without saying We can only teach our children to be reflective if we are one too :) Drop me a ❤️ if you found this useful and went more such tools :)
