But anger is not bad behaviour. Anger is information. It’s how your child learns to say no. It’s how they protect themselves. It’s how they discover where they end and the world begins. A child who is never allowed to be angry doesn’t grow into a peaceful adult. They grow into one who can’t set boundaries. Who says yes when they mean no. Who explodes after years of swallowing. The work isn’t stopping their anger. It’s sitting with your own discomfort while they have it.
