12 years ago, a good anniversary meant a flight. A hotel. A new country. 12 years and two babies later (one of whom is 8 months old.) I have become, and I say this with full humility, a very understanding wife😝 A coffee together counts. A walk counts. A quiet property close to Bangalore absolutely counts. And somewhere in all of that,in the coffees and the walks and the small unglamorous daily things, I realised this is what choosing each other actually looks like. Not just on anniversaries.
