We eat well at home. But well doesn’t always mean protein-heavy and for a growing child, that gap adds up. Our meals are built around roti, rice, dosa. Carb-heavy by nature. Nothing wrong with that except protein needs more intentional effort than most of us realise. So I stopped trying to change what she eats. I just made what I was already cooking work harder. One scoop of @our.littlejoys Proteinmix into the atta, the dosa batter, the pancake mix. 12 grams of plant-based protein. No sugar, no preservatives, nothing I’d think twice about. Same food she loves. She hasn’t noticed a thing. I have. 🌿 Comment below for the link!👇🏼
