
🧀Pancake series part 5/5- Paneer Pancake (Protein-Packed & Kid-Friendly) Ingredients (5–6 small pancakes): • 1/4 cup fresh paneer • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or powdered oats • 1–2 tbsp powdered jaggery • ½ cup milk (adjust slightly if needed) • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder • Ghee / unsalted butter for cooking Method: 1. Add all ingredients (except ghee) into a blender. 2. Blend until you get a completely smooth, lump-free batter. (Consistency should be thick yet pourable — like regular pancake batter.) 3. Heat a pan on low flame and lightly grease with ghee. 4. Pour a small ladle of batter and let it cook slowly. 5.
