
🍍 Pancake series part 3/5- Pineapple upside down pancake ! Ingredients • 2–3 pineapple slices (with the center cored out) • ½ cup oats powder (blend regular oats into fine flour) • ½ cup milk • 1–2 tbsp jaggery powder or date powder (adjust to taste) • ½ tsp vanilla essence Method 1. Blend oats into a fine powder. 2. In a bowl, mix oats powder, milk, jaggery/date powder, and vanilla essence. Whisk into a smooth, pourable batter. 3. Heat a pan and lightly grease it. 4. Place a pineapple slice on the pan. 5. Pour batter into the center hole and slightly over the ring — like a sunny side up look. 6. Cook on low flame till golden, flip gently, and cook the other side. 7.
