In a shocking case emerging from Nashik, Maharashtra, several junior Hindu women employees at a TCS BPO unit have alleged systematic se*ual abvse and coercion by senior Muslim team leaders over a period spanning 2022 to 2026. According to multiple FIRs filed with local police, the accused allegedly trapped vulnerable young women, many in their early 20s, by exploiting their positions of power through false promises of promotions, salary hikes, or marriage, while subjecting them to repeated se*ual hara-sment and exploitation within the office premises. A Muslim HR executive, identified in reports as Nida Khan, is accused of leading aspects of the racket by ignoring repeated complaints from the victims and allegedly shielding the perpetrators, allowing the abvse to continue unchecked for years. Victims claimed they were blackmailed into silence, with threats affecting their careers and personal lives, turning the workplace into a site of organized grooming and exploitation targeting Hindu female staff. The women further alleged being forced to offer namaz, consume beef against their religious beliefs, and face pressure to convert to Islam, often accompanied by insults to Hindu deities. Police have arrested six team leaders—Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shahrukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, and Danish Sheikh—along with the HR official, while a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probes the matter following directives from state authorities. TCS has suspended the accused, stating its zero-tolerance policy on harassment, as public outrage grows over the reported incidents.
