He lured vulnerable youth, including illegal migrants and locals, with financial incentives and rad'cal ideology, using his base in Bangladesh to coordinate infiltration and operations. The recruits were tasked with carrying out t*rror strikes inside India, often blending into local populations with assumed identities to evade detection. Investigations further indicate that Lone's ultimate goal was to fuel unrest and push for a "free Kashmir" through v'olent attxcks. His network, allegedly backed by elements from Pakistan's ISI, focused on radicalizing and deploying operatives for high-impact operations in Indian cities, including potential strikes on sensitive targets.
