
💫PALAK PANEER PESSARATU💫 I was born Vaishnav but had many jain friends and also got married and came to a jain family. Year after year I learnt how simple, easy and yet tasty the jain food is. Also my inclination towards ayurvedic diet got me more interested to try out some recipes. cooking without aromatics like onion and garlic may seem tricky, but with time I know it’s healthy during some seasons. RECIPE👇🏻 Ingredients: 1/2 cup Green moong dal 10-15 spinach leaves(only if you are allowed to eat) 2 green chillies 50 gms grated paneer 1 tsp jeera seeds Salt as per taste Method of preparation: In a mixie jar, take 1/2 cup moong dal (soaked for 3-4 hours), green chilli , palak, water salt and jeera. Make a smooth batter. In a dosa pan, spread the batter and make dosas (small or big size as per your choice) Add grated paneer and cook till done. Serve hot with tomato or coconut chutney.
