In frame 📸- Red kidney beans salad🥗 You can prepare so many varieties of tasty salad using red kidney beans (Rajma), one of them using pomegranate and rajma with fresh cut vegetable. This salad is one of the healthy protein rich salad. A refreshing and satisfying salad ready in just few minutes. Sharing one of my favourite salad 🤗 Happy Tuesday ❤️ Ingredients- Boiled kidney beans - 1/2 Cup Pomegranate - 1/4 Cup Onion chopped - 1 small Tomato chopped - 1 small Cucumber - 1/4 Cup Bell pepper or capsicum - 1/4 Cup Chilli flakes Coriander leaves Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 1 tbsp Crushed black paper - 1 tsp Salt Method- In a large mixing bowl add the boiled and cooled rajma beans, pomegranate, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, coriander leaves, green chili and mix lemon juice, olive oil, crushed black paper salt mix everything well. You can serve the salad as it is or chilled.
