Palak paneer gravy is very rich and creamy made with cottage cheese. It is a popular dish in most North Indian restaurant. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese ) cooked with spinach and spices in this creamy and flavorful curry. Recipe Ingredients- Paneer ( Indian cottage cheese) 250 gm Ghee - 3 tbsp Baby Spinach leaves - 1 small bunch Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1tsp Red chilli - 2,3 Onion finely chopped - 2 Garam masala - 1tsp Coriander seeds powder - 1tsp Tomato finely chopped - 1 Fresh cream Salt per taste Instructions Boil water in a vessel, add salt , spinach leaves, keep them in the boiling water for 2,3 minutes and then transfer it an cold water. Let the spinach cool down and then grind it into a puree. Now heat a wok add ghee, cumin seeds,red chilli, onion and saute it until turns soft and then add ginger garlic paste and saute one minute. Add tomato, cook it till they are soft. Add coriander powder, garam masala,mix it well and add the spinach puree. Add fried paneer cook it on midium flame for 4,5 minutes. Add fresh cream and salt give a good mixture. Take it in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.this palak paneer is ready. Serve with paratha or jeera rice......
