Everyone needs to have these eggless chocolate chips cookies stored at home. These are so addictive, that You will not stop at just one. You can make these delicious choco chip cookies very easily at home. Ingredients- Melted butte- 1/2 cup Brown sugar- 1/2 cup Castor sugar- 1/2 cup Refined flour- 2cup Coffee 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Baking powder- 1tsp Baking soda- 1tsp Cornflour- 1tsp Milk- 7,8 tbsp Chocolate chunks- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips- 1/2 cup Methods- To make eggless chocolate chips cookies, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda, coffee,salt in a bowl and mix well. Keep side. Combine the sugar and butter in a bowl and whisk well till the mixture smooth and no lumps remain. Add the chocolate chunks, chips and milk mix well. Add the dry ingredients in mixture and mix well to from a dough without using water. Divided the dough into equal portions and shape round cookie. Place the cookies on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated 180 degree celsius OTG for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool . . Comment below if you like it ❤️ . . . .
