Sugar free dates and dry fruits halwa. made this delicious halwa using @meronagaragar Spreadable agar agar 100% vegetarian gelling agent. Processed from seaweedits vegan. It is free from starch, corn,milk,egg,wheat,yeast and priservatives. Available on Amazon and Flipkart. Recipe: Ingredients- Dates/khajoor (pitted)- 250 gram Hot water- 1 cup Clarified butter/ghee - 3 tbsp Spreadable agar agar - 2 tbsp Hot water- 1/2 cup Dry fruits- 1/4 cup Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp Instructions- In a larg bowl soak dates in 1 cup hot water for 30 minutes. Blend to smooth paste. Transfer the paste to a pan. Add 2 tbsp ghee and mix well. Keep the flame on medium. Keep steering until the ghee is absorbed well. Cook until the mixture thickens and turns glossy. In a smaal bowl take 2 tbsp spreadable agar agar add 1/2 cup warm water and mix to from a smooth lump free slurry. Pour in spreadable agar agar and mix well. Take 1 tbsp ghee and roast dry fruits until it turn golden brown. Add fried dry fruits and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder to halwa and mix well. Transfer the halwa in a tray. Let it rest 30 minutes and cut the halwa in pieces. . . . Comment below if you like it ❤️ . .
