Ingredients- (1) 1/2 medium watermelon (2) 11/2 tbsps lemon juice (3) 2 tbsps sugar syrup (4) 15-20 mint leaves (5) one pinch of black salt Method- (1) cut watermelon in to small pieces. Deseed and put watermelon pieces into a blender jar. (2) Add sugar syrup, mint leaves, lemon juice, black salt and Blend (3) Pour the mixture into a glasses over ice and garnish with mint sprigs and lemon slices.
