Wheat flour biscuits also called as thekua or thikari or khajuria. It is very popular in Indian regions such as Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. You can make it in different shape and texture... Chhath puja is incomplete without this biscuit. The main ingredients of thekua are wheat flour melted sugar clarified butter (ghee) semolina and dryfruit.
